The location of the cottage was excellent, gorgeously located in between valleys, close to Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The owner of the property more than helpful and friendly.

Friendly and helpful neighbours/owners.
Log fire. Ample indoor space. Space in the garden to run about on the lawn without fear of harming any plants.
Superb range of wild birds in the garden. Plenty to see in the area. No wonder it is known as the Lake District! It rained a lot while we were there but it enabled us to see the area at both ends of the weather spectrum.

The cottage could not have been better, the neighbours friendly. Good position to go to the Lake District or the Yorkshire Dales.
